Thin in the center and thicker in the wreath, during baking it acquires the so-called cornicione, the crust in the substance that holds the ingredients, and is baked so much, as to keep each material fresh and enjoyable. Pizzarella also makes gluten-free pizza, and from its offerings we reccomend Buffalina, with wonderful buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil, which triumphs in its simplicity, the unique Pepperoni, with its excellent tomato spicy sauce, but also the unique Special, for lovers of exuberance and variety in taste.Â
On the pasta front, Pizzarella has the most delicious surprises in store, using the best brands such as Barilla and De Cecco for its preparations, with choices such as the traditional Alio Oli, the revealing spaghetti Polpetini with Italian meatballs or the Rigatonica ricotta with Extremely summery and juicy.Â
Its appetizers are literally one better than the other, while in the menu you will find fluffy gnocchi but also mainly in meat.Â
